WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Become a Sponsor

The funds donated by our sponsors are what allow our organization to provide educational assistance to families in need. We simply could not function without local support, please consider becoming a sponsor of our mission by contacting us to discuss sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities are available for our walk only and for the year.

The BHSM Mission

BHSM is a 501(c)(3) approved organization (EIN 45-3973220) that provides college education funding for children who have lost a parent.

Our mission started in 2012 after a beloved community member, Tom Reilly, suddenly passed away, leaving behind his wife and four young children. Tom was a man who gave his all to the community, and in his honor, we strive to continue that tradition of caring for others. Our logo was inspired by his music and carpentry skills while also highlighting his generous heart while providing for those in need.

What makes BHSM unique is our “pay it forward” model that requires all children who receive assistance to pay it forward by fundraising and creating events for future families. Each year these families come back with a bigger and stronger desire to create positive change for others who are going through a similar loss.
