Hello BHSM Community,
We want to take this opportunity to announce the recipient family for our 6th Annual Event. Please allow us to introduce the Maholick family: Jack (age 11), Kathryn (age 8) and Claire (age 8):
It was a great privilege to meet the Maholick family who like the BHSM families before them lost their loved one, Mark, too soon. Mark was a wonderful person who embodied all of the qualities that moved our community to start Brave Hearts for Strong Minds. He was a smart, hard-working, caring man who committed his life to his family and friends. His silent strength and never quit attitude were an inspiration to all who knew him.
With Mark’s passing, his children have been left with a huge void. Your continued support by registering to attend the 6th Annual Walk on June 16, 2018 (Register Here) will have a positive and lasting impact on their lives. All proceeds of the event go directly to 529 education savings plans to help these children achieve their dreams.
Many of you have been loyal and generous supporters of our organization, mission, and most importantly, our families for many years and for this we are extremely grateful. We know that we can count on your support as we work to assist another family in their time of need. Your generosity will also inspire those who are new to our community to join us to help provide education funding for this year’s children by registering to walk, donating to our cause, sponsoring the event, or volunteering.
